April seemed like March to begin with but now I am feeling the shift.

It’s a crazy world we live in now, so I am very thankful to have a few things to look forward to this month.

I have a call back for Sense & Sensibility that the Hudson Classical Theatre Company is doing this summer ~ the part of Mrs. Jennings ~ and having worked with them before, I know it will be fun….as long as I am the one they cast!

I also have a callback for a day player in a film that I should know about this week. Fingers crossed. Short bursts of employment are always welcome.

I promise myself this month to work on In An Instant in earnest. I have said that before but I really mean it now.

I’m a Plus Square Dancer now and that means a more advanced dancer, which means I really have to be on my toes! There are more calls and longer more complex ones to be able to execute without crashing into your partner. I feel lucky to be surrounded by helpful people who gently push me in the right direction when I go the wrong way!

I hope to have a few other auditions to report next month and till then will keep honing my craft. Oh, I am going to do another Shakespeare Workout with the Shakespeare Ensemble that my friend Erin Roth runs.
