Wow this month has been going gangbusters! We’re almost half way through, and things are rocking and rolling.

I’m directioning the first complete read through of Ian Adrian’s detective comedy who-done-it ~ The Kaiser, Tea & Me ~ on April 18th at 2pm. It has a rousing cast and should be an entertaining way to spend part of a Saturday afternoon. Plus it will help Ian to know that his play is on the right track, and the next steps to take.

Mike Lesser, the artistic director of The Playground Experiment has created an ‘Exploration Festival’ and has included me along with twelve other playwrights in a 3 week festival of new works, debuting at the Marjorie Dean Theatre. I’m very excited and honored to have been asked to participate. I’ll be presenting In An Instant. I’ve been yearning to hear a full read through, and I got my wish. My evening is Wednesday May 6 at 7:30pm. I have to do a bit of recasting, and finishing up the last few scenes, but I have time and I know it will all come together.

I’ve written 47 podcasts for The Paxton Quigley Report to date. We are wrapping things up, and have one more to go. It’s been fun and I’ve gotten to be in on some very unique and interesting people who we’ve interviewed.

And there’s auditions! And we went around the moon, so it’s been a very exciting month so far.
