Whoosh, what a year 2015 has been. For all of us. Enough said on that, right?
This month began with a reading of my play, The Swinging Nuns. It’s something I’ve been working on, set aside, and now have come back with a clearer vision. Having actors read really helps. I also had (lucky me) my director buddy Andrew Carter, and a most talented composer / lyricist friend, Kit Goldstein Grant, sit in. I got great feedback from everyone. I’ve submitted this to a festival and hope that in my next blog I can report The Swinging Nuns was chosen!
I’ve hit auditions to keep my spot in the Equity line up and have some exciting projects planned for 2016.
Wishing everyone a happy holiday season filled with peace, hope and renewed spirit for 2016.
