It's February!

This is going to be a busy month, so I’m glad we have 29 days instead of 28 this year. We are rehearsing Kevin Hauver’s play SCRATCH, which is being performed February 24th and 26th at 6:30pm at Manhattan Repertory Theatre. It’s a 4 character (all guys) drama that’s interesting and provocative, and a fun directing challenge for me.

My play, THE SWINGING NUNS, will be performed Thursday, March 10th at 7pm at TADA! 15 West 28th St. My director, Andrew Carter, has my latest script and I am eagerly looking forward to getting into working and rehearsing, knowing there are still tweaks and new information to come in the lives of these characters. That’s the beauty of being able to partake in a New Work Series, so I can see what I have and where we should go. I’m counting on my audience for that feedback.

My writer-director pal Charles Nuckolls has many irons in the fire now and I am eager to see where those take us.

All this and Valentine’s Day too!
