This year is flying by.
I’m letting my head rest from angling Steel Tango. Not giving up, just taking a breather.
For the Playground Experiment’s Faces of America Monologue Festival, I’m working on something about my Dad. My monologue was chosen and published in the first edition; last round I was on the ‘choosing committee’, but this time I felt the desire to write again, so we’ll see if this makes the cut.
Tango is amazing. Having a practice partner has been a great help and my dancing is improving. The fall should be really fun, and now that people are back to whatever normal seems to be, the dance floors are crowded again.
I hope to finish my 4th draft of In An Instant this month. That’s the plan anyway.
And to stay as cool as I can!
