It’s officially Fall and we’ve turned back the clocks. That happened on the final performance of Fighting Dogs ~ the same day as the Marathon, so it’s been a little bit of an adjustment; time change and the ending of a show.
Fighting Dogs was well received and we are contemplating turning it into a short film. I think it would be very interesting. Both mediums of theatre and film are so interesting and different things can be achieved in both that are unique and yet appropriate. We’ll see what happens.
I’m really happy with my progress on In An Instant. The reading at New Ambassadors Lab on the 5th went great. The actors, that I hope will stay with this, are wonderfully talented, and I got great feedback. That kind of exposure makes getting back to work easier.
There isn’t much for me audition wise at the moment, and now it’s attending as many screenings as possible so I know who to vote for when it’s time for the SAG Awards. And to see the documentaries and short films as well. I’m a fan of both of those categories.
Con Ed has turned off the gas in our building and I sure hope that we have it back on in time for Thanksgiving.
Happy Fall and Happy Thanksgiving!
