Pride & Prejudice in February

I am thrilled I have been cast as Lady Catherine de Bourgh in the Hudson Classical Theatre Company’s production of Pride & Prejudice. This is a company whose work I have admired and now am very happy to be part of this wonderful cast, directed by Nicholas Martin-Smith.

It’s especially wonderful because Pride & Prejudice opens the WHAM festival at Goddard Riverside for the month of March. WHAM is Women History Artist Month, now in their 6th year during the month of March. In 2019’s WHAM festival I was a performer in Cathya Jentis’s Women at the Crossroads for one night, but our Pride & Prejudice has a 2 week run, which is fantastic.

Our performance dates are Thursday- Sunday February 24-27 and March 3-6 at Goddard Riverside ~ Columbus Ave between 91st & 92nd streets in NYC.

Good news with progress on Steel Tango. My plan was doing a table read in February, that now I think will be moved to March after P & P closes, but I sent the script to an incredible actress who just closed in a Broadway show; she likes the script, and will read one of the female roles — all this TBA at a later date, but I’m over the moon about this!

What a great start to 2022.
